We will deliver your meal, ready to eat, in buffet syle 8qt aluminum pans.
Full-Service Buffet
Full-Service Waite Staff provided. WE serve your guests from behind the buffet table while keeping the integrity & quality of your food. We will bus your guests tables and remove trash.
Along with a modern/sleek buffet setup. (Tables & Linens included) Platters & Stainless steel chafing dishes will be provided to maintain proper serving temperatures.
Family Style
Dinner Service
Your Dinner will be brought to your tables on serving platters and placed on your tables so that you and your guests can serve yourselves family style. Once each course is finished, your platter will be removed and replaced with your next course until your meal is concluded.
PLATED/SEATED SERVICE
All of your appetizers will be passed. In addition, your dinner course will be brought out by our servers, to your guests at each table. Once the table is fully plated, dedicated servers will be available for your guests for the remainder of the dinner service. Your table will be bussed and cleared once the dinner course is complete (just like a typical restaurant)
